Terms & Conditions for Fingara Sports Portal
- Acceptance of Terms
By using the Fingara Sports Portal website (https://sports.fingara.com) and making bookings through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. - Booking and Payments
- All bookings must be made through the online booking system on our website.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- Prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Once a booking is confirmed, the slot is reserved exclusively for you.
- Cancellation Policy
- Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking time may be eligible for store credit (subject to a 20% cancellation fee). Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
- Fingara-Initiated Cancellations: If we cancel your booking due to operational reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra charge.
- Court/Facility Usage Rules
- All users must adhere to the rules and regulations of Fingara Town and Country Club while using the facilities.
- Proper sports attire and equipment are required. Rental equipment may be available at additional cost.
- Users are responsible for any damage caused to facilities or equipment due to negligence.
- The club reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any individual violating the club’s rules.
- Liability
- Fingara Town and Country Club is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings that occur while using the facilities.
- Users use the facilities at their own risk.
- Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Fingara Town and Country Club and may not be used without prior written permission.
- Amendments to Terms
